This file contains the licensing and other pertinent information for the EasyMail software. You should read this documentation before using the software. Using the software indicates that you fully agree with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EasyMail is sold under the ShareWare system. You may use the EasyMail Administrator, as well as the EasyMail Client software for a period of 30 days before you must register the software. If you choose not to register the software, then you must delete ALL WORKING COPIES of the software from your computer, and any computer which you control with the server software. ALL WORKING COPIES refers to all copies which are in use. You may, however, keep copies for archival purposes so long as you agree to not use those copies until you have paid the author, Apple Orchard Software, the required registration fees. You may freely distribute this ShareWare version of the program so long as you distribute all documentation files with it.
You, the user, are hereby notified that:
The software, except for the XCMDs and XFCNs which are owned by third parties, is owned by Apple Orchard Software or its suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not rent or lease the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create dirivative works from the software without prior written acknowledgement from Apple Orchard Software. You may distribute the software so long as it is not in its ╥REGISTERED╙ form. You may not charge for the distribution of the software except for connect charges or media charges (ie: on-line fees, fees for disks, shipping, etc.).
APPLE ORCHARD SOFTWARE AND ITS LICENSOR(S) ╘LICENSOR╒ MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS NOT PERMITTED BY SOME JURISDICTIONS. THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR AND THEIR DIRECTORS ,OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE EVEN IF LICENSOR OR SUCH PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Licensor's and such parties liability to you for actual damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise), will be limited to $50.
PRICING
The basic EasyMail server, with three users, costs $10.00 US to register. If you require additional users, then you pay only an additional $10.00 US for an unlimited number of users.
If you have already registered, the total payable is only $10.00 US. Please include your registration number with all correspondence.
